Privacy Policy
This policy describes how Claire, James Hunter's personal assistant running through OpenClaw, handles information. Contact: james.v.hunter@gmail.com.
Google data accessed
With the account owner's authorization, Claire accesses Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive. Depending on the permissions granted and the task, this may include email content, senders, recipients, attachments and labels; calendar event titles, descriptions, times, attendees and locations; and Drive file names, metadata and document contents. Authorized tasks may also involve sending email or creating, modifying, or deleting events and files. Access is limited by the Google OAuth permissions actually granted.
How data is used
Google data is used to provide personal assistance requested by the account owner, such as summarizing email, drafting replies, coordinating schedules, and finding or working with documents. OAuth tokens are used to maintain the authorized connection without repeated sign-in.
Processing and sharing
Relevant messages, documents, calendar details, and task context may be sent through OpenClaw to Anthropic for AI processing needed to carry out the owner's requests. Anthropic's processing is governed by the terms and privacy settings applicable to the owner's Anthropic account. Google data may also be sent to recipients or services when needed to complete an authorized action, such as sending an email or inviting someone to an event. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process operational data to run the service.
Claire does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train a generalized AI or machine learning model. Claire's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Storage, security, and retention
Claire's website does not connect to Google or collect Google account data. The separate OpenClaw assistant environment stores connection credentials and may retain task history, logs, memories, and relevant data needed for ongoing assistance. Retention depends on that environment's configuration and any applicable provider settings; this policy does not promise a fixed automatic deletion period. Access to the assistant environment is intended for the owner and authorized infrastructure providers.
OAuth credentials and retained data must be protected using the access controls of the assistant's hosting environment. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Revoking access and deleting data
The owner can remove Claire's authorization in Google Account connections. Revocation stops future authorized Google API access but does not automatically delete previously stored records. For deletion of retained assistant data, logs, and credentials, contact james.v.hunter@gmail.com. Data retained by Google or Anthropic is subject to the respective provider's policies and account controls.
Website visits
This static website has no sign-in, forms, analytics scripts, or advertising cookies. The hosting provider may process standard request information, such as IP address, browser information, and access logs, to serve and secure the website.
