Terms of Service

Claire is operated by James Hunter as a personal AI assistant through OpenClaw. Claire is intended for the owner's private use and does not offer public accounts or subscriptions.

Authorized use

Use Claire only with accounts and information you are authorized to access. Google integrations operate within permissions granted through Google OAuth. You can revoke those permissions in Google Account settings.

AI assistance and responsibility

Claire uses Anthropic models to assist with tasks. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. Review important outputs and actions, including emails, calendar changes, and document edits. You remain responsible for instructions you provide and actions you authorize.

Third-party services

OpenClaw, Anthropic, Google, and hosting providers are separate services with their own terms and policies. Their availability and behavior may change. See Claire's privacy policy for information about data handling.

Availability and limitations

Claire is provided as available, without warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for losses resulting from use of the assistant. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Ending use and changes

You may stop using Claire and revoke its Google access at any time. These terms may be updated by posting a revised version here.
